基于对互联网金融的理解和浅薄的实践，笔者完成了《互联网金融：跨界、众筹与大数据的融合》一书。笔者一直认为，相对于传统金融，互联网金融的变革大致可以分为三类：第一类是平台或渠道的改革，典型的如P2P和众筹，这一类其实本质上并没有改变，只是结合互联网技术将以前线下的业务搬到了线上，包括网络支付；第二类是大数据金融，这不仅是渠道或者平台的变革，而且是一种金融思维模式的变革，更是一种商业模式和金融思维的颠覆；第三类是网络货币，这是一种金融形态的变革，金融的本质形态就是货币，货币是金融的本质，也是金融的最高形态，当一种货币形态出现，如果其成长得足够强大，那么这对于以往的货币形态来说是一种毁灭性的创新。《互联网金融：跨界、众筹与大数据的融合》围绕着平台、模式、形态这三个维度对互联网金融进行了阐述，描述了其对人们生活和企业再生产的影响。《互联网金融：跨界、众筹与大数据的融合》的特点在于列举了大量的案例，将理论与案例相结合。笔者希望通过这一方式为大家更生动地呈现什么是互联网金融，同时，帮助金融企业了解应该如何面对互联网化这一浪潮。

Author Description

余来文，江西财经大学应用经济学博士后、博士生导师、文字传媒总裁、《创业管理评论》出品人，《销售与管理》、《物联网世界》、《中国石化》专栏作家，并任江西财经大学、江西师范大学、江西理工大学、香港公开大学、澳门城市大学、亚洲城市大学等外聘MBA课程教授。曾在海王集团、远望谷股份、飞尚集团等公司工作，历任总经理助理、副总经理、总经理等职务，为长青集团、南华西集团、铜川矿务局、恒大高新、陕西煤业集团等公司提供管理咨询或培训工作。先后在《管理科学》、《北大商业评论》、《销售与管理》、《中国经营报》、《中国经济时报》、《中华工商时报》、《CHINADAILY》以及人大报刊复印资料转载等发表论文200余篇。出版工商管理系列图书有《MBA论文写作与研究方法》、《企业战略》、《战略管理》、《企业资本运营理论与应用》、《管理学》、《中集帝国》，商业模式系列图书有《商业模式创新》、《互联网思维：物联网、云计算与大数据》、《云计算商业模式》、《物联网商业模式》、《大数据商业模式》、《企业商业模式：互联网思维的颠覆与重塑》、《互联网金融》、《企业商业模式理论与应用》，管理技能系列图书有《管理竞争力》、《关键执行力》、《管理技能》、《职业素养》、《管理能力》，创业管理系列图书有《商业模式：创业的视角》、《团队管理》等。

温著彬，江西财经大学经济学硕士，任职于中国平安东莞市场发展研究室，负责市场经济研究及经营分析工作。先后于国内刊物公开发表论文10余篇，参与编写并出版《商业模式》专著；同时，曾多次参加省级、企业级课题，并担任主要责任人。目前主要研究方向为战略管理、企业商业模式、产业发展，主要涉及领域为云计算、大数据、物联网、互联网金融。

边俊杰，中南财经政法大学经济学博士，财政部财政科学研究所博士后，现为江西理工大学经济管理学院副教授，赣州市金融研究院副院长，赣州市金融资产交易中心顾问，赣州市互联网金融政策咨询委员会专家，MBA、研究生导师。先后在《财会研究》、《当代财经》、《贵州财经学院学报》、《江西社会科学》等国内核心期刊上发表论文40余篇；出版专著和教材《明代的财政制度变迁》、《管理能力》、《管理技能》、《企业资本运营理论与应用》等；主持国家社科基金项目1项，主持中国博士后基金项目1项，省部级课题2项，参与国家社科基金、国家自然科学基金应急项目、省部级项目近10项。

《互联网金融：跨界、众筹与大数据的融合》：
银行物理网点向电子化、智能化、休闲化的变革，是未来的方向之一。物理网点不断推出的创新改革，既有成本方面的考量，也与互联网技术的发展、客户的偏好改变息息相关。从银行经营来看，新型网点可以解决银行自身低成本扩张的问题。银行需要有更多的网点渗透，渗透以后才能够扩大业务量，但与此同时，银行对网点和新增业务有投入产出的要求，网点设立多少适合，银行也要精打细算。
3.市场反应速度的制约
互联网金融最大的优势在于高效率。互联网金融使客户随时随地随心享受金融服务的心愿得以实现。微博、微信、易信等新技术的应用使得线上、线下的概念更加模糊，随时在线成为现实。随着移动通信的发展，电视、平板电脑、手机等都成为上网终端，使得随地上网成为可能。伴随开放式平台、大数据和云计算的广泛运用，互联网以其开放性、共享性和交互性的特征，决定了网络环境中的每个个体都有可能根据自己的意愿选择更加个性化和差异化的金融产品和服务。
4.收入来源受到冲击
传统的金融模式下，银行创造和实现价值主要是以其专业的技术、复杂的知识和冗繁的流程向客户提供服务获得，利差仍然是中国商业银行的主要收入来源，另外由于金融业相对垄断，市场价格未全面放开，从而获得政策优势和行政保护，因此商业银行的发展模式和盈利方式基本上是外延粗放型的。但在互联网金融模式下，目标客户发生改变，客户的消费习惯和消费模式及其价值诉求发生根本转变，随着市场参与者更为大众化和普及化，社会分工和专业化被大大淡化，加之利率市场化进程的加快，利差收入将减少，非利息收入在收人中的比重会明显提高，传统金融模式下银行收入的来源受到严重冲击。
5.管理方式受到影响
互联网金融模式下，对传统金融管理方式的影响主要集中体现在两个方面：一是挑战传统银行僵化而复杂的内部流程；二是颠覆传统银行对物理网点的高度依赖。正是这种集约僵硬的管理体制和与之相匹配的管理方式阻碍着业务发展，更为互联网金融所不容。互联网金融的优势在效率，如阿里信贷，其淘宝商户贷款流程仅包括：3分钟网上申请，没有人工审批，1秒贷款到账。既不用去跑银行，又没有复杂繁琐的审批环节。传统金融效率不高的根本原因是信息不对称，具体表现在两个方面：一是对外产品和服务的信息是不对称的，所有的产品和服务的说明和解释都依赖于银行专业人员。合同协议的条款若没有专业人士的解答让人很难明白。二是传统金融内部上下级之间的信息不对称。管理的体制不是市场的而是行政的。业务的审批高度集中，审批的人不了解客户，凭上报材料审批，往往因信息不对称而碍事。
6.经营模式受到挑战
传统金融模式有两个明显特征：一是利用实体网点，通过客户经理的营销，辐射服务半径内的客户，通过柜员来经办，以此开展业务活动，所以传统金融模式宣称渠道为王。二是信息收集和处理方式比较原始，一般人工收集后，采用录入的方式进入封闭的内部系统。但互联网金融彻底改变这种传统的经营模式，利用互联网搭建网络金融平台，客户自行选择适合的金融产品，只需自己动动手指使可办理业务。在信息收集处理方面，互联网金融将庞大分散的信息资源以及数据，利用“云计算”原理，将不对称、金字塔形的信息扁平化，实现数据处理的开放性、标准化、结构化，提高数据的使用效率。
