Author Description

阿黛尔·法伯（Adele Faber）和伊莱恩·玛兹丽施（Elaine Mazlish），是国际著名亲子沟通专家，她们的著作不仅深受家长的欢迎，而且也得到专业人士的认可。

Book Abstract

我们常常会认为我们让孩子做的事情都很简单。我们还会鼓励他们：“试试看，很简单。”如果他做成了，那也是做成了一件“简单”的事，没有什么成就感；如果没做成，他会觉得连“简单”的事情都没做好。
换个说法，如果我们说：“这不太容易。”或者：“这可能会有点难。”他们会传达给自己不同的信息。如果成功了，他会很自豪自己完成了一件难事，如果失败了，至少他们知道这个事情完成起来比较困难。
也有些家长觉得说“这可能会有点难”有些虚假。但是如果他们能从一个没有任何经验的孩子的角度去看，就会意识到任何事情第一次去做的时候，都会很难。（避免说：“这件事对你来说有些难。”孩子会想：“为什么对我来说难，不是对别人来说难？”）
有的家长抱怨，他们不能忍受自己站在那里，看着孩子挣扎而无动于衷。这时候，我们建议你可以给孩子一些提示，而不是去替他做。
“有时候，把拉链头抻直，拉链会容易拉一些。”
“有时候，做东西以前把粘土揉成软球会好些。”
