Author Description

Pazu薯伯伯，原名尤弘刚，在香港出生并受教育，是最早一批在网上连载游记的香港人，多年来足迹遍布欧亚多国，知识面很广，天文、地理、电脑、音乐、美术、建筑、单车、旅行、魔术、智力游戏，什么都可以侃侃而谈。还有超强的语言天分，除了广东话、普通话和英语之外，他还可以讲泰语、越南语和藏语。2006年与泰国拍档Oat从泰国骑单车到拉萨，开了一家“风转咖啡馆”（Spinn Cafe）。

第一章旅行的理由
我家成了古迹
我阿妈提起我出生那天，便会说这个故事：“你出世前一日，我躺在床上听收音机，说猫王普雷斯利死了，当晚我就作动，生下你这块叉烧。”
而阿妈其实生了两块叉烧，一块是我，一块是我哥。小时候整个湾仔街市的阿叔阿婶，都叫我们大孖和细孖；1984年以后，家人受到电影启发，改口叫“大小不良”。
家中还有比我们大一岁的姐姐，据说她在还没有学会绑鞋带前，看了郑少秋主演的《倚天屠龙记》，居然无师自通，在玩具木琴上敲出主题曲，阿爸阿妈惊为天人，虽然没听过“资优儿童”这四字问候，但心想不应埋没我姐的天分，便请朋友老公教她弹琴。我姐一弹便是30年，最初家里买不起钢琴，我姐要每天去琴行练琴，小学某年阿妈给她买了直身琴，当时是家中最昂贵的陈列品。
我们几兄弟姊妹，小时候生活在香港岛湾仔石水渠街一幢旧式唐楼，家住九楼，没有电梯。阿爸看到我们活跃异常，不想浪费孩子们的宝贵精力，总会在晚间大家看电视剧最紧张时，叫我们跑到楼下酒铺买啤酒。
那家酒铺的真名，我到现在都不知道，只称它做“伯伯酒铺”。酒铺老板是个老阿伯，一身白色汗衣、黑色功夫布鞋，每次可口可乐大酬宾送金银摇摇、沙滩吹气球时，他都会偷一大堆玩具免费送给我们，然后跟幸运中奖的客人说：“这么晚才来，早就送完了！”这些珍品摇摇，我一个也没有留下来。
八岁那年，举家搬去观塘，虽然经常去湾仔，但已很少再回旧居。早几年看报纸，才知道政府要“活化湾仔”，酒铺旁边的蓝屋及湾仔峡道邮政局居然成了法定古迹。多年以后当我跑到柬埔寨吴哥窟时，心中难免暗暗自豪，我小时候的家也算是个古迹啊！
不过伯伯酒铺已经变成圣雅各布福群会筹办的“湾仔民间生活馆”，店里曾经散发着烈酒气息的横梁、陈年金铜酒缸，全部换成塑料展板。

阿刚、Pazu、薯伯伯，都是认识他的人对他的称呼，他的真名尤弘刚反而没有什么人知道。没关系啦，反正潮流兴，网名而已，名字一个！
不同的是：他已经由曾经香港个人网站第一名“儿歌网”的网主薯伯伯，变成在西藏拉萨卖咖啡的薯伯伯、Pazu！
认识阿刚好像是很久远，又好像是很近期的事情，正确的说法是“神交已久，素未谋面，直至风转咖啡馆的见面”。
我是一个旅行爱好者，喜欢认识世界、遨游天下。闲来无事发呆的时候，常常会上网浏览其他自助旅行者的网站、博客。不知哪年哪月哪日，无意中闯入Pazu的博客，阅读他的旅行日志，成了他的读者，不时去看：这个神奇小子又游到哪里去了？路上出了什么趣事、麻烦事、不平事？他又怎样好管闲事了？！
他的博客给我的印象是他自从中学开始，已经是计算机高手；很年轻的时候就背着背囊跑天下：大学毕业后几年都在内地各省浪游。他以比较少的钱，让自己的足迹遍及世界许多国家，羡慕死我了！
2007年，青藏铁路开通后一年，我决定赶在北京奥运前一年，去神游已久的西藏旅游。当时的想法是，奥运年将有很多外国游客来中国参观而后顺道人藏，所以非要赶在前一年进去，免得人挤入！打开薯伯伯的网站，赫然弹出“我在拉萨开咖啡馆了”。导人风转咖啡馆的博客，内里图片还真的人来人往，每个人都喜笑颜开，超开心的样子！到达西藏风转咖啡馆的时候，薯伯伯居然回香港去了！还好当时的主管卓嘎说：“他过几天就回来了！”反正我在西藏还要呆上一个月，总有机会见面。
