Content Description

当前我国教育改革和发展面临的重大任务和时代主旋律，是全面实施和推进素质教育。素质教育的重要内容和目标之一，就是培养学生良好的心理素质，提高学生的心理健康水平。而要想培养和发展学生的心理素质，最重要的方法就是面对全体学生系统地开展心理健康教育。

Author Description

姚本先，1965年生，安徽省合肥市人。博士研究生。安徽师范大学心理学系教授、硕士生导师。现任芜湖信息技术职业学院院长、安徽师范大学心理健康教育研究所所长。“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选，安徽省“皖江学者”讲席教授，“安徽省高校教学名师”，安徽省高校学科拔尖人才，安徽省学术与技术带头人。主要研究学校心理健康教育和教育社会心理学。主持多项国家级、省部级课题的研究。已在国家核心期刊发表论文50余篇，出版教材和专著10余部。曾获得省部级奖项6项。
伍新春，男，心理学博士，北京师范大学心理学院教授、博士生导师，教育心理与心理健康研究所所长。
主编及副主编简介：
林崇德著名心理学家。北京师范大学心理学教授，教育部中小学心理健康教育专家指导委员会主任。

第二章 自我意识的教育与辅导
小兰在老师和父母的眼里一直是个很听话的“好孩子”。以前，小兰每天放学回家，总是把学校里发生的事情绘声绘色地说给爸爸妈妈听。换洗的衣服由妈妈收拾，书包也让妈妈去整理，周末总喜欢和爸爸妈妈一起出去。
可自从上了初中，小兰有点儿变了。每天放学一回家，她就走进自己的房间，把门一关，也不知道在干些什么，书包和衣服也不让妈妈收拾了。更让妈妈担心的是，小兰还自己弄了把锁，把她房间的抽屉锁上了，也不再跟爸爸妈妈说学校的事，而开始写日记了。以前小兰是不太在意自己的衣着打扮的，现在她的书包里多了面小镜子，在家的时候还时不时地在镜子前照来照去。有一天，她突然发现自己脸上长出几颗青春痘，于是上课、下课都趴在桌子上，不敢抬头，回到家死缠着爸爸要求请假不上学。
小兰的变化，相信老师们都可以在中学生身上找到一些，或许他们现在也和小兰一样：不再事无巨细地样样请教大人，开始不愿意和父母一起外出，开始厌烦父母的“唠叨”，希望有自己生活、学习的小空间，日记开始上锁，经常问自己“我是个大人吗？”“我长得美吗？”“我聪明能干吗？”……这就是学生的自我意识。
自我意识也称自我，乃是对自己存在的觉察，即自己认识自己的一切，包括认识自己的生理状况（如身高、体重、形态等）、心理特征（如兴趣爱好、能力、性格、气质等）以及自己与他人的关系（如自己与周围人们相处的关系、自己在集体中的位置与作用等）。总之，自我意识，就是自己对所有属于自己身心状况的认识。从形式上看，自我意识表现为认知的、情感的和意志的三种形式，分别称为自我认识、自我体验和自我调控。从内容上看，自我意识可分为生理自我、社会自我和心理自我。从自我观念来看，又可分为现实自我、投射自我和理想自我三个维度。
自我意识的教育与辅导是指运用有关心理健康教育的理论和技术，帮助学生科学认识自我、悦纳自我、激励自我、调适自我、管理自我的一种教育活动。通过自我意识的教育与辅导，促进学生良好自我概念的形成和自我意识的发展，形成自尊、自信、自重、自爱、自强、自制的健康人格。自我意识辅导的内容主要包括自我认识教育与辅导、自我接纳教育与辅导、自我完善教育与辅导三个方面。
