《整合式短程心理咨询》介绍了五种最常用的整合式短程心理咨询方法，其中，“短程精神动力学”对于寻找病理行为模式很实用，“短程认知行为疗法”、“焦点解决短程治疗”、“短程家庭治疗”有助于构建诊断解决方案，“动机面询”可以有效减轻来访者的阻抗。
现代社会的复杂性、心理困扰的多样性以及对咨询效率与效果平衡的要求，决定了心理咨询师必须学习和实践整合式短程心理咨询。这种以“实证”为基础的咨询模式，在过去的五十多年里已被绝大多数美国心理咨询师、EAP咨询师和精神科医生采用。
Author Description

张道龙（Dao long Zhang，MD），毕业于美国芝加哥大学医学院（The University of Chicago）精神系，现任美国芝加哥退伍军人医学中心（Jesse Brown VA Medical Center）精神系行为健康部主管医师、伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校医学院（The University of Illinois at Chicago）精神系临床助理教授、好人生国际健康产业集团医务总监。
张医生是极少数获得美国精神、神经病学院文凭证书（American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology，ABPN）并从事EAP（员工帮助计划）工作和心理咨询的华人精神科医生，也是华人界第一位在国内运用多种短程心理咨询方法为数百位咨询师做督导的心理学专家。他还是美中心理文化学会（CAAPC）、“短程心理咨询督导训练营”的创始人。
张医生从事临床工作二十余年，亲自诊治了超过一万八千多个中美咨客，曾参与创建了国内第一家中美合资的EAP咨询公司并任医务总监，兼任过多个世界100强企业的咨询顾问。其著有《短程心理咨询与督导实录·亲子教育篇》，主译的《美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册》（第5版）和《美国精神障碍诊断标准》（第5版）也即将出版。

张医生：很明显这个人不像你父母那么善解人意，你的要求，父母一定是尽可能去满足。他坚持自己的意见，而没有把你们的见面当作重点，很容易引起你的反感。假如当你表示不方便时，对方能够体谅你“看起来你工作很忙，很辛苦，要不这样，你现在就往家走，我们就在你家附近吃，吃完你能尽快休息，我也不在意吃什么，主要就是想和你说说话”，你心里就会很感动，因为你看到对方可以为你随时改变已经订好的计划，不管多难、花费多少钱。所以，你是在期待着对方更成熟，比如能够关心你为什么要出去办公，又遇到什么新鲜事了，有什么新的体会，这样就能够读懂你。但是很多时候，如果对方不是和你处在一个成熟度上、一个经济水平上，就很难理解你。以你的经济能力，你并不是真的在意吃什么，即使是附和对方，也是为了表示尊重。如果对方不能理解你，很可能是跟成熟度或是经济能力有关。因为家里人对你都非常理解，遇到这样的情况，你的挫折感会很强。可以看出来你的需求是希望找个成熟度高的人，在你不高兴、发怒的时候，这个人能够征服你，而不是让你更加难过。所以，你在找对象的时候，除了身高、脾气、工作能力这些指标外，实际上你更需要的是这种“呵护型”的男人，情商和智商上都能超越你，这样能够驾驭你，而不是具体要赚多少钱。你没有具体的指标，这是好事，你如果要年薪一百万以上，那肯定不好找。你举的例子又是这么微小的事情，还是仔细思索之后的例子，这说明你的要求实际上是不高的。在经济条件非常优越的家庭里培养出像你这样想法的女孩，说明你父母做人比较成功，没有把你培养成极其挑剔的人，使得别人根本无法满足你的要求。在我看来，你的要求非常客观，从自身的条件出发，比你稍好就行，更重要的是成熟度比较高，别来给你添麻烦，为什么呢？一个被人照顾惯的人是最怕照顾别人的，因为那对你来说负担太大。所以，总体来讲，你的要求不高，肯定可以找到，但是你要具体到什么情况才行；否则你就会容易被一些细节感动，一个容易因为小事生气的人也容易因为一些小事感动，反倒忽略了对方是什么样的人，最后别人要不要结婚，你也不介意了，脾气好不好，你也没注意。你没发现你总是“马后炮”、“事后诸葛亮”，接触几个都不顺。心理咨询能助人是帮助你变成“事前诸葛亮”。我这样帮你分析对你有帮助吗？
