Author Description

BarbaraTurner博士于1988年在瑞士跟随沙盘游戏疗法创始人朵拉·卡尔夫（Dora M. Kalff）学习。Turner博士对沙盘游戏疗法的理论基础和治愈过程进行了大量而广泛的研究。她发起并创建了沙盘游戏疗法协会（TheAssociation forSandplayTherapy）—一个在全球范围内培养并管理注册沙盘游戏治疗师的国际性学术组织。目前，Turner博士在全球各地对临床心理咨询师进行沙盘游戏疗法的培训，同时也是沙盘游戏治疗师和游戏治疗师的督导老师。

中文版序言

距离《沙盘游戏疗法手册》英文版的出版已经过去了十年。自朵拉·卡尔夫创立了这一心理治疗方法以来，沙盘游戏也经历了很多变化。现在全球的心理治疗师们都在使用沙盘游戏疗法与儿童及成年来访者一起工作，这本《沙盘游戏疗法手册》也因此被传播到了世界各地。

在过去的十年间，从不同治疗目的和角度出发出现了对沙盘及沙具的各种各样的应用。有些将其应用在团体或家庭治疗中来探索人际互动的模式，以改善人际关系。还有的将沙盘和沙具应用到言语类治疗中，与来访者交流他（她）的沙盘构建或内容。这些方法都可以让来访者更容易有意识地觉察到自己的一些经历与情绪。还有一些学者将沙盘和沙具应用到完形治疗当中，来访者与某个或某些沙具进行对话，然后再反过来以沙具的角色与自己进行交流。另外，一些教育工作者将沙盘和沙具应用到教育教学当中，以提高儿童的学习能力促进儿童的发展。仅仅使用这些简单的工具——沙、水和沙具，就可以产生出如此丰富多样的应用，实在是一件令人赞叹的事情。但是，我们必须清醒地知道，这些都不是朵拉·卡尔夫所传授的对儿童和成人进行心理分析的沙盘游戏疗法。
