《协和皮肤镜图谱》共有8章，涵盖大部分常见皮肤病及少见皮肤病，不仅有对疾病简洁的临床描述、典型照片，还有代表作者珍贵临床经验的小贴士，精辟之处颇多。《协和皮肤镜图谱》在国际皮肤病的皮肤镜诊断已作为常规的情况下，结合国内实际情况，编写出具有中国特色的皮肤镜图谱，在某些方面填补了现有皮肤科出版物中的空白，具有重要的临床意义。

Author Description

孙秋宁，中国医学科学院北京协和医院皮肤科，主任医师、教授、博士生导师。从事皮肤病学的临床、教学、科研工作30年，2003年晋升为主任医师。2007—2014年担任中国医学科学院北京协和医院皮肤科主任，2014年7月始任北京协和医院医学皮肤美容中心主任。1999—2001年在美国德克萨斯州圣安东尼奥医学中心做博士后研究工作。在皮肤病专业核心期刊发表论文近百篇。主要研究方向为感染及自身免疫性皮肤病以及美容相关性皮肤病的基础与临床研究。近2年来，专注于有关皮肤镜在皮肤病诊断中的应用研究，并申请到北京市首都特色基金，并以通讯作者发表与皮肤镜相关的学术论文5篇。学术团体任职：中华医学会皮肤性病学分会全国委员，中国中西医结合学会皮肤性病科学会全国委员，北京医学会皮肤性病学分会副主任委员，中华医学会皮肤性病分会遗传学组副组长，《国际皮肤性病学杂志》副主编，《中华皮肤科杂志》编委，《实用皮肤病学杂志》编委，《中华医学杂志》编委。

刘洁，中国医学科学院北京协和医院皮肤科，副教授，副主任医师，硕士生导师。2000年毕业于北京大学临床医学专业（七年制）；2006年获中国协和医科大学皮肤性病学专业博士学位；2010一2011年获法中科学应用基金会项目支持，赴法国勃艮第大学CuPP医学研究中心进行博士后研究工作。自2000年开始在北京协和医院皮肤科工作，一直从事皮肤性病学临床、教学及科研工作，曾赴德国柏林NeuKolln医院皮肤科及激光科进修学习。主要领域为皮肤淋巴瘤、皮肤激光治疗及影像评估等。先后主持2项北京市自然科学基金、1项国家人力资源和社会保障部基金、1项米尔斯坦亚美医学研究基金及2项北京协和医院科研基金。作为主要负责人参与5项国家级、省部级及院校级基金。目前已发表论文40余篇，SCI论文10篇。国内外会议发言数十次，并在北京协和医院皮肤激光和皮肤镜国家级继续教育学习班授课。

《协和皮肤镜图谱》：
球状模式
皮损由大小不一、圆形或椭圆形的球状结构构成。
均质模式
皮损内为弥漫的均匀无结构颜色。
星爆状模式
皮损边缘有放射状分布的色素性条纹、小点和小球。
肢端获得性黑素细胞痣常见典型皮肤镜模式（见图2—3B）：
平行模式
分为皮沟平行模式和皮脊平行模式。皮沟平行模式中色素沉着位于皮沟内，是良性黑素细胞痣的典型表现；皮脊平行模式中，色素沉着位于皮脊，表现为珍珠串样的白点，色素线条比无色素线条宽大，常见于肢端部位的恶性黑色素瘤。
网格样模式
皮沟内平行的色素沉着与跨越皮沟的垂直色素沉着线互相连接，形成网格。
纤维样模式
指无数短而细的色素沉着线条垂直或斜形跨越皮纹。
2.1.1交界痣
交界痣（junctional nevus）颜色较深，可谓浅褐色、暗褐色或黑色，可稍高出皮面，表面光滑无毛发，可发生于任何皮肤或黏膜处，掌、跖、外阴、甲床部位较为多见。病理上在表皮下部或近真皮处有痣细胞巢，细胞内有大量色素（图2—5～图2—8）。
