钾治疗的注意事项
禁忌经静脉推注钾（致命性）。
在没有ICU 监护的情况下，24 小时补钾不应超过120 mEq。
氯化钾（KCl）与大多数静脉溶液相容。
禁止使用不经稀释的浓钾。
药品生产厂商常用预混形式的钾溶液，浓度为20 或40 mEq/L。
外周静脉给予KCl 制剂的浓度不应超过60 mEq/L。
为确保KCl 与溶液彻底混合，在配置溶液时应充分混匀。
不要把KCl 加入悬挂着的容器中。给钾的速度不要超过10 ～ 20 mEq/L /h。
严重低钾血症的患者，速度不应超过40 mmol /h，且同时需予以心电监护。
KCl 进入皮下组织（浸润的）是高刺激性的，并且会导致组织损坏。如需，使用外渗治疗方案。
使用输液泵来控制输注速度。
对于每小时补钾的患者更需谨慎。
钾主要是通过肾脏排出的——检查肾脏功能！
