沈海，主任中医师，四川省骨科医院副院长。现任中国中医药学会中医骨科专委会常务委员、四川省中医药学会骨科专委会副主任委员、四川省中医药学会运动医疗专业委员会副主任委员，四川省中医药管理局学术和技术带头人后备人选。从事中医骨伤科临床工作20余年，发表论文20余篇，参与编写专著《中医骨伤科高级教程》《中医骨伤科诊疗学》《中西医结合运动创伤学》《中西医结合骨伤科手册》；主持院级及省级科研课题2项，参与各级科研课题10余项。周英，主任中医师，四川省骨科医院儿童骨科病区主任、党支部书记。现任中国医师协会骨科医师分会小儿骨科工作委员会委员、成都中医药学会骨科专业委员会委员、四川省青年中医师协会委员，四川省第二批拔尖中青年中医师。从事中医骨伤科临床工作20余年，发表论文10余篇，参与编写专著《中医骨伤科诊疗学》；主持院级及省级科研课题3项，参与各级科研课题9项。

Introduction

前言

儿童骨骼有别于成人，其解剖结构、生理功能和生物力学均在儿童生长过程中不断的发生变化。儿童发生骨骼损伤后，其诊断治疗原则及处理方法也有别于成人，特别是儿童特有的骨骺损伤，如果处理不恰当，就会发生严重的骨骼发育畸形，出现功能障碍乃至残疾，严重影响儿童的生理及心理健康。因此，如何提高基层医务工作者对儿童骨科常见病、多发病的诊疗水平，指导他们及时正确的处理儿童骨骼损伤，尽量避免严重后遗症的发生，是本书编写出版的目的所在。有着57年历史的四川省骨科医院是一家以中医为主、中西医结合的三级甲等骨科专科医院。儿童骨科是国家中医药管理局批准的重点专科。建科12年来一直致力于采用符合儿童生长发育特点的以中医为主、西医为辅的治疗模式医治病儿。科室不断地总结中国传统医学骨伤科学的精髓，吸纳西医骨科微创技术，每年医治了大量的儿童病人，疗效显著，得到了家长的一致赞同，取得了良好的社会效益。本书共分八章，重点是儿童骨折脱位的常见病与多发病，结合本科室多年临床经验并总结国内外学术进展，较全面地阐述了儿童骨骼发育的过程与特点，对儿童骨骼损伤的诊断、分型、治疗原则、手法整复方法，以及常见并发症均做了阐述。重点是将四川省骨科医院57年来处理儿童骨骼损伤的理念、原则及方法原汁原味的展现给大家，希望能对基层医务工作者的临床实践起到指导和参考作用，并与同道一起推动儿童骨科的发展。本书是由四川省骨科医院儿童骨科一线临床医生在完成大量临床工作后利用业余时间进行编写的，由于作者的水平有限，经验不足，难免有不妥之处，期望广大骨科专家和同仁提出宝贵意见和建议。

序言

儿童时期，其骨骼与关节正处于生长发育的阶段，无论是解剖结构还是生理功能与成人均有明显不同，由于存在这种区别，儿童罹患的疾病和招致的损伤也有自身的特征和谱系。在骨骼和关节损伤处理原则与治疗方面儿童与成人也有不同。损伤的轻重程度、及时正确诊断、治疗的难易程度和是否恰当对以后具有很大的影响。其中多数患儿骨折脱位后经过手法复位、小夹板外固定、药物及功能锻炼等的正确处理后，常可有良好的功能恢复；少数患儿的治疗较为困难，尤其是对骨骺损伤不能及时作出诊断和治疗，可造成不同程度的后遗畸形或功能障碍。

本书作者均是从事小儿骨科的医师，积累了丰富的临床经验。他们采用了中西医结合诊断和治疗儿童骨折及脱位。对有的骨折分型有其独到之处（如儿童肱骨髁上骨折）。中医手法整复、功能锻炼及辨证调护等论述翔实，文字通俗易懂，使读者一看便知，易于掌握。对采用中医治疗不能达到功能复位标准者，采用“微创外科观念”及适合儿童骨骼特点的内固定物，行手术治疗可以达到较好的治疗效果。所以此书对中医正骨和西医手术治疗均有指导作用，具有很多临床实用的内容。可供小儿骨科医师临床实践参考，特别是为青年骨伤科医师和外科医师提供了一本临床实用参考书。
