Book Abstract

一、带状疱疹
（一）概述
带状疱疹是一种以成簇水疱排列成带状，伴有烧灼样疼痛为特征的病毒感染性皮肤病。一般发生于春秋两季。中医文献称本病为“缠腰火丹”、“缠腰龙”、“蛇窜疮”。
1.病因病机本病的病原体为水痘一带状疱疹病毒。儿童感染后可引起水痘，成人感染后可引起带状疱疹。部分患者感染病毒后当时并不发病，病毒常潜伏于脊神经和脑神经的感觉神经节的神经元中，当机体免疫功能低下时，潜伏的病毒便再次活动而发生带状疱疹。
中医学认为，本病多因情志不遂，肝郁化火，火毒外溢肌肤；或饮食失常，脾失健运，湿浊内生，蕴湿化热，湿热搏结于肌肤而成。
2.临床表现带状疱疹患者以成人居多。发病部位多为腰肋部、胸部等处。症状表现为发疹之前常有轻度全身症状，如低热、全身不适、食欲缺乏等。在即将出现皮疹部位的皮肤感觉疼痛、瘙痒，1-4日后皮肤出现片状红斑和红色丘疹，继而出现群集的小水疱或丘状疱疹，疱液清澈或转为血疱，沿神经分布走向呈带状排列，水疱基底常绕以红晕。数日后疱液由清变浊，逐渐吸收，结痂而愈。疼痛是本病的典型特征之一，尤其是老年人，疼痛往往剧烈，甚至难以忍受。部分患者在皮疹消退后，疼痛可持续数月或更久。发生于头面部的带状疱疹可影响视力、听力或味觉，若累及中枢神经系统，可引起脑膜炎而危及生命。

本书从中医角度阐述了20种常见的皮肤病，共推荐了610个确有良效的偏方和验方。每种皮肤病均按照病因病机、临床表现、中医证型作了分述。治疗所用的偏方疗法和验方疗法部分，主要选自近10年来出版的中医文献，力求反映中医药治疗皮肤病的科研现状，以供广大基层临床医师和患者参阅。特别在介绍中医证型时叙述了每种证型的症状特点，以帮助广大读者了解中医辨证分型的原则，而将所介绍的这些方剂更好地运用于防治疾病的实践。
在本书的编写过程中，笔者参考了许多公开出版的医学图书和期刊，特向原作者表示衷心的感谢。由于笔者学识有限，书中难免有缺点和不足之处，恳请广大读者提出宝贵意见。
