Book Abstract

一、血液循环系统与心脏结构 1.血液循环系统心血管系统是由心脏、动脉、毛细血管及静脉组成的一个封闭的运输系统（图1）。心脏不停地跳动、推动血液在其中循环流动，为机体的各种细胞提供赖以生存的物质，包括营养物质和氧，也带走了细胞代谢的产物二氧化碳。同时，许多激素及其他信息物质也通过血液的运输得以到达其靶器官，以此协调整个机体的功能。因此，维持血液循环系统于良好的工作状态，是机体得以生存的基本条件，而其中的核心是将血压维持在正常水平。人体循环系统由体循环和肺循环两部分组成。体循环开始于左心室，血液从左心室搏出后，流经主动脉及其派生的若干动脉分支，将血液送入相应器官。动脉再经多次分支，管径逐渐变细，血管数量逐渐增多，最终达到毛细血管，在此处通过细胞间液同组织细胞进行物质交换。血液中的氧和营养物质被组织吸收，而组织中的二氧化碳和其他代谢产物进入血液中，变动脉血为静脉血。此间静脉管径逐渐由细变粗，数量由多逐渐变少，直到最后所有的静脉均汇集到上腔静脉和下腔静脉，血液即由此回到右心房，从而完成了体循环过程。肺循环自右心室开始，静脉血被右心室搏出，经肺动脉到达肺泡周围的毛细血管网，在此排出二氧化碳，吸收新鲜氧气，变静脉血为动脉血。然后再经肺静脉流回到左心房。左心房的血再入左心室，又经体循环遍布全身。
