清明
每年4月5曰前后，太阳到达黄经15度时为清明。
此一时节，“万物皆洁齐而清明，盖时当气清景明，万物皆显，因此得名。”清明时节最重要的民俗莫过于祭扫。一环黃土，一杯清酒，缅怀先人。“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。”杜牧的千古名句写出了这个节气的特殊氛围。清明有三候：一候桐始华，二候田鼠化为鴛，三候虹始见。清明时节，白色桐花绽放，寄悠悠思绪；喜阴的田鼠藏匿，仿佛换上了活泼的鹌鸟；而雨后的天空，也挂上了彩虹。

关键词：踏青、荡秋千“梨花风起正清明，游子寻春半出城。曰暮笙歌收拾去，万株杨柳属流莺。”清明是踏青的日子。春风拂过，让人有种依依的眷恋。荡秋千是古代清明节习俗，秋千古称“千秋”，后为避讳祝寿之词而改为秋千。荡秋千尤适合女性，因为随着秋千的飘荡，很有解郁的功效。

因清明与旧时寒食节的日子接近，渐渐地，二者便合二为一了，也因此有了清明之曰不动烟火的说法，此外，清明还有吃青色食品的讲法，如青团、萬饼。吃青团是江南一带的清明习俗，是用“浆麦草”这种野生植物捣烂后挤压出汁，然后加入晾干后的水磨糯米粉拌匀制作的团子。团子的馅用细腻的甜豆沙制成。青团颜色油绿如玉，闻之清香扑鼻，食之糯韧绵软、甜而不腻。青团还是江南一带人家用来祭祀祖先必备食品。青蒿具有祛风除湿、利尿消肿、凉血止血、补中解毒、益肺功效，以之制成的蒿饼也应运而生。“采新蒿嫩芽和糯米同春，使蒿汁与米粉融和成一体，以肉、蔬菜、豆沙、枣泥等作馅，纳于各种花式的木模之中，用新芦叶垫底入笼蒸熟。”蒿饼色翠而清香，同青团一样，也是清明祭祖的食品之一。
