学会“经络处方”，健康不外包

以重建身体自身和谐为导向，当身有不适时，患者会承认是自身的问题，如食饮不节、起居不规律、虚邪贼风的侵袭、情绪的焦躁等因素导致了脏腑功能的失常。而医者通过调理患者内在脏腑的功能，来恢复其身体的和谐，从而使不适的表现消失，甚至患者自己改变一下过去的不良行为，疾病也就消失了。

“经络不要从上至下整条按，因为浪费气血；拔罐要有的放矢、精准选穴，不要群拔，那样做白白耗散身体的气血”……

我很赞同路老师的观点：温柔地与身体对话。比如摩腹，他让你用推毫毛的力度，用最慢的速度来操作。我们主观上习惯了想让身体怎么怎么样，以致暴力地、有目的地对待身体，但身体同意了吗？还不如放下念头，让身体彻底放松，恢复它的智能（本能），也许你会与宇宙瞬间同体。

看路老师的书，你会发现他喜欢将貌似复杂的问题简单化。

他认为经络是脏腑的延伸，本身不是治病的，只是通道而已，因此它们的畅通是必需的。各种中医疗法的终极作用，无外乎一个“通”字。经络畅通意味着气血可以正常地运行，可以正常投射出脏腑的功能，间接证明身体是健康的。这让我想起了庖丁解牛所用的那把刀，在牛身体里的各种缝隙里游刃有余，十九年依旧锋利无比。设想一下，体内的气血游走身体各处，一路顺畅，能量一定极少有损耗，这是活到天年的必要条件。

将经络概念简化，疏通经络的方法也极其简单。十二经络有易堵塞的穴位，不通时，这些穴位会有疼痛的表现，只要你动动手，就可以随时给自己做体检，防患未然。
