《指尖上的中国：移动互联与发展中大国的社会变迁》：
从这个角度看，我们对移动互联网的紧张和期待，并不仅仅是因为云计算、移动支付、LBS等通用技术随着移动互联网已经渗透人中国人日常生活的方方面面，而且是因为在这些技术带动下，大数据和人工智能的发展正在创造更多的可能性，让协同设计、柔性制造等成为触手可及的现实。这些会构成不远的将来中国社会的基础设施。或者这样说，“互联网+”正在悄悄为下一波工业革命打下基础。
回顾工业革命的历史进程，第一次工业革命发明了蒸汽机的技术，第二次工业革命带来了电力的革新，而互联网、移动互联网等新技术的出现，就像蒸汽机和电的发明一样，将推动当前中国从本质上蜕变催生出一个新的世界。
正如我曾在2015年的两会提案《关于以“互联网+”为驱动推进我国经济社会创新发展的建议》中提出，“互联网+”是以互联网平台为基础，利用信息通信技术与各行业的跨界融合，推动产业转型升级，并不断创造出新产品、新业务与新模式，构建连接一切的新生态。
移动互联时代真正激活了“互联网+”，在PC时代各个行业基本都完成了一定程度的信息化，移动互联网的到来，新的商业模式创新速度远远超过PC时代，移动互联网已经开启了全面渗透到各个产业的进程，或者如春雨润物般温和融入，或者是有破有立改造升级，或者从根本上重塑原有经济模式。
从广度上，“互联网+”可以+农业，可以+工业，也可以+第三产业，从促进传统产业转型升级的过程来看，呈现“逆向”互联网化的特点。
当前，移动互联时代的“互联网+”，已经全面应用到了第三产业，形成了诸多新业态，开启大众智慧生活的新起点。其中，凭借庞大的人口基数和互联网平台的连接和赋能等因素驱动，已经催生出多个中国特色的创新业态、企业和产品。
令人印象深刻的，当前国人消费新逻辑已经养成，中国已成为世界第一大网购市场，分享经济下的共享单车已作为中国式创新走向世界。物质和精神交融共生，移动互联也成为激活文化活力的新引擎，每个人都可以成为内容的生产者，创意者经济崛起，网络文学已经被誉为比肩美国好莱坞大片、日本动漫等世界文化现象之一。而凭借技术与诸多应用场景的融合爆发，例如智慧停车无感支付、公交地铁乘车码等，移动支付正在缔造中国特有的创新性、普及型的生活方式。
当然，这绝不是移动互联对于大众智慧生活重构的全部，诸如互联网+教育、互联网+医疗、互联网+旅游等诸多与日常生活息息相关的行业，均已卷入移动互联的巨轮，实现跨界融合和迅猛发展。
