Book Abstract

谈到北欧的精酿啤酒，不得不首先介绍的，就是来自丹麦的Mikkle和Jeppe一对孪生兄弟。前者目前是丹麦精酿啤酒圈超级大拿的人物，拥有现在在全世界精酿啤酒圈都极为有名的Mikkller精酿啤酒品牌，他和几乎所有的第一代精酿啤酒创业者一样，也是半路出家，以前是当地高中的物理和化学老师。他走了一条极少数人才会走的路，就是他自己不办啤酒厂，而是做一个“吉卜赛酿酒师”：他只去世界各地找不同的酒厂合作，借用别人的设备酿酒！用他的话说，就是“我不喜欢酿酒本身，我只喜欢设计配方创造东西”。
Mikkller现在出品着世界一些最新奇、最有创意、最大胆的啤酒，老板本身也是个美食家和艺术家。这也是北欧地区广大人民的优势，随便拉一个人出来，相对来说，都有很广的见识和很高的美学修养。他的酒吧和酒，从内而外都是艺术品，他的原话是：“我讨厌丑陋的东西，一个酒吧，不管酒怎么样，要是设计得不好看，我是绝对不会进去
