不良家庭氛围会引发各种疾病，前面提到的只是其中几种。从我的行医经验来看，很多家庭在这方面做得很不够，给家庭成员带来很多负面情绪。

即使家庭主妇再努力，新婚夫妇再聪明，面对无穷无尽的烦心事儿也会垂头丧气。

然而实在不必灰心。

让我们保持良好心态的那些原则完全可以应用在家庭中，这样，就可以在家里形成一种积极健康的氛围，从而有助于每个家庭成员的成长。拥有这样的家庭，本身就是人生的幸福之一。
