Book Abstract

前言

我大学本科学的是临床医学，毕业后当了一名精神科医生。在工作中我慢慢发现，家庭因素对一个人罹患精神疾病有非常重要的影响。于是，在我的职业生涯里，我逐渐把研究的方向从重性精神病领域转移到家庭心理治疗上。
在后面的继续教育中，我参加了中德班的系统式家庭治疗与系统式家庭治疗督导的培训，通过对家庭治疗展开系统学习，让我在心理治疗的专业领域获得了提升。
我目前的研究领域主要还是围绕家庭动力与家庭治疗。我成立了自己的心理咨询机构——沈家宏心理。我们机构的愿景和目标也是致力于探索和研究家庭，围绕着家庭系统、家庭动力和家庭治疗，向大众提供心理服务，向心理专业人士提供家庭心理培训。
由此，我最大的愿望是对家庭系统动力进行系统的探索和研究，将家庭系统动力学变成一门学科。我撰写的《原生家庭：影响人一生的心理动力》一书于2018 年面世，旨在从家庭动力的层面来探讨一个人的原生家庭是如何影响其后来成长的。
本书主要讨论的主题是抑郁与自杀的心理干预。鉴于我的研究领域是家庭动力，因此在对抑郁与自杀的理解与概念化过程中，我仍然采用了家庭动力的视角来探讨这两个主题。
抑郁与自我否定有关，而自杀与自我放弃有关；而自我否定与自我放弃均与一个人在自己的原生家庭里父母对他的否定和放弃有关。因此，理解和干预抑郁与自杀，就不能不讨论一个人的原生家庭。
因此，本书是将家庭动力应用于理解与干预抑郁和自杀的一种尝试，希望在这个领域能够有更多的同道加入，投入到对抑郁与自杀的心理干预的探索和研究之中。
在本书中，还特别介绍了对特殊人群的抑郁与自杀的心理干预，这些特殊的人群，包括儿童青少年人群、孕产妇人群和高压力职业人群。本书的最后一章，还专门讨论了抑郁与自杀的预防问题。
2020年9月11日国家卫健委官网发布《探索抑郁症防治特色服务工作方案》，方案明确了试点地区到2022年的工作目标。包括公众对抑郁症防治知识的知晓率达80%，学生对防治知识知晓率达85%。抑郁症就诊率在现有基础上提升50%，治疗率提高30%，年复发率降低30%。非精神专科医院的医师对抑郁症的识别率在现有基础上提升50%，规范治疗率在现有基础上提升20%。
同时，方案还明确了以下六项重点任务：
1. 加强防治知识宣教；
2. 开展筛查评估；
3. 提高早期诊断和规范治疗能力；
4. 加大重点人群干预力度，其中包括青少年、孕产妇、老年人和高压职业人群；
5. 强化心理服务热线；
6. 及时开展心理干预。
从这个方案可以看出，抑郁已严重影响着国人的心理健康，已在国家层面受到了极大的重视。作为一个专业的心理咨询服务机构，沈家宏心理决定响应国家政策，为大众科普抑郁防治知识，贡献我们的绵薄之力。为此，我们结合了方案里的六大重点任务，撰写了本书。
最后，要特别感谢中国人民大学出版社相关编辑对本书整理和编辑，没有他们的用心和付出，就不会有本书的出版与面世。
