Author Description

周伯荣，广州医科大学附属第三医院精神医学科教授，主任，从事精神医学和心理治疗工作近30年，心理治疗师。广东省临床医学学会临床心身医学和心理治疗专业委员会主任委员，中国医师协会精神科医师分会妇女精神卫生专委会副主委。

曾在安徽脑科医院从事精神心理工作，在Pittsburgh大学医学中心（UPMC）长老会医院学习。

阅读前辈周伯荣医生的《重建幸福力——你需要知道的安全感密码》，对我而言是一次学习的机会。作者作为精神科医生，却对心理治疗情有独钟，并且多年来始终坚持服务患者，这让我感到非常亲切。

在书中，周医生其实提供了一种有关心理障碍的元理论，也就是把一切心理障碍或心理问题的根源追溯到安全感上来。这是对马斯洛需求层次理论的某种深化，因为人所需要的安全其实是很多个层面的，一个外在适应良好的人，可能内在存在着不安的根源，而这些不安的根源，会带来一些情绪上的困扰，继而影响一个人的幸福水平。

在此基础上，作者融于字里行间的两个创造性尤其值得称道。

第一，创造性地使用红黄蓝情感人格理论，解构了依恋理论，同时也解构了精神分析大师霍尼的理论。这样的做法，避开了艰深的术语和冗长的说教，非常形象且易懂。

不仅如此，书中也指出了通往更深刻的安全感的途径，也就是情感独立的能力。这其实与本人所提倡的自在心理学有异曲同工之处。自在，就是独处的时候并未失去世界，在世界之中的时候，也没有失去自己——这种不自失，就包含了情感独立的要素。

第二，创造性地提出幸福七层次论，这部分非常具有临床的指导性。因为我们大多数的来访者对于自己幸福与否，其实也是漠然的：从某些方面来看，好像是幸福的，从某些体验来讲，却又没那么幸福。所以，把幸福进行分层剖析，继而在一个纲领的指导下查漏补缺，的确是很好的指导。

获得安全感，追求幸福，这是一种积极的取向，作者将之贯穿全书。一位精神科医生这么多年面对人的精神心理痛苦，而仍然能持有这样积极的取向，这让我感觉到非常欢喜。

前辈嘱咐作序，恭敬不如从命。在此分享一些自己的读后感，祝大家开卷有益。
