家是情感的来源

“我家有什么好拍的？”这是迄今为止，我被问到最多的一个问题。

从前，我的父亲用他的YASHICAFX—7 胶片相机，从我出生开始，就持续记录着我的成长。

当年，像我父亲一样把镜头对准自己家庭做持续记录的人还有很多。当我们想要回忆以前和家人在一起都做了什么，回忆自己小时候的样子时，都会从柜子里拿出老相册，一页一页、一张一张地翻看。

那时，父亲有一个专门的柜子放着摄影用的干燥箱，箱子里有两台胶片机，还有很多没有用过的胶卷。在干燥箱的边上有好几个大盒子，里面整齐地放着一条一条“有人影”的黑色胶条。后来我才知道，那是已经拍过的、显影的胶片，我们一家人的生活记忆都在这一条条的胶片中存放着。

父亲对我翻动他的专用柜子总是表现得异常警惕，后来我才明白，这个柜子里存放的都是他对一家人的爱。如果当年被我这个熊孩子把胶片当玩具拿来涂涂画画，估计我现在就看不到我们家当年的模样了吧。

不会重来，无法挽回

对于那个被问到最多的问题，我想说，的确，家里的那些事太琐碎、太日常，日常到每天每个家庭都会发生。

比如孩子把面条弄一地啦，把水洒桌上啦，吃着吃着饭睡着啦，妻子照顾孩子累得瘫在沙发上啦……

看到这些场景，我们真的会下意识地说，这些有什么好拍的。但这些就是一家人认真生活的样子，是我们陪伴家人的证明，更是我们存在于这个世界的痕迹。在家里可以拍摄的内容可能远远超出你的想象。持续记录，目睹照片呈现的时间的力量，可能会让你感叹不已。

家庭日记上海的社区成员庄喆，从女儿出生时就开始记录，基本每周保持一卷胶片的拍摄节奏，到现在已经是第5年。

5 年，1800 多天，看着女儿从一个满脸褶皱的小不点逐渐长大，真是不可思议啊。当这些生活的细节和成长的痕迹被一天一天地记录下来时，奇妙的事情就发生了，简单的一张张照片被赋予了时间的力量。

不拍家人，都不知道家人这么相爱

家庭摄影不仅仅把镜头对准孩子，一个家庭中所有成员，他们的关系、他们的情感、他们的生活都是拍摄的对象。如果不把这些记录下来，可能连我们自己都忘记了曾经过去的每一天，家人之间是那么深刻地相爱着。

我的好朋友家和，曾和我讲过他第三个孩子出生的故事，就是照片中那个最小的小女孩。当她还在妈妈肚子里时，脐带缠绕造成她营养不良，在快出生时又因脐带绕颈，遭遇了难产。出生之后由于体重太轻，被送进暖房观察。家和形容，那会儿她看上去只有一般小孩的三分之一大小。好不容易回了家，又发现耳朵有失聪的可能。这个小家伙来到这个世界的每一步都如履薄冰，家和跟我说，他每拍下一张家人的照片，就像是一次重生。

在拍下这些照片的很多年前，家和并不那么关心家庭，一心想成为街头摄影大师的他，甚至觉得拍家人是在浪费胶卷。然而父亲的过世让他突然意识到，自己过去压根就忽略了与家人相处的每一刻，以为好风景都在外面。当他看到父亲留在照片里最后的笑容时，一种成年人的无力感直击全身，那个他最想用照片证明自己成事的人不在了，他开始重新将相机对准了身边的家人。

因为拍摄家人，家和不再喝酒应酬，周末的时间也用来陪伴家人。这一刻，他发现近在眼前的才是好和真实的，此时就像人生打开了第二次经历一样。

家，是摄影师情感的来源

那么，怎样拍摄自己的家人呢？

我们要让有意识的拍摄成为一种习惯。要记录下孩子的成长、和家人在一起的样子，拍下来比怎么拍得美更重要。就像庄喆和家和，每天拍摄家人已是一种习惯，他们用日常的眼光观察生活的轨迹，用照片来保存一家人的记忆，呈现一家人平日生活里隐含的情感。

家庭日记成都的社区成员仲铭，记录自己的父母已经多年。在我的周围，长期记录孩子的人还蛮多的，而一直记录自己父母的却不太多，所以我好奇地问过他为什么会拍摄自己的父母。

仲铭说他过去对家一直保持在一个安全距离内，不会过分靠近，甚至想逃避，离开家去很远的地方生活。但后来，他意识到逃避并不能解决与家人的根本问题。他告诉自己，这一生要做一个不停往自己内心走的人，因为人心里面的这个世界，比外面的世界更大、更复杂、更加惊心动魄。

这是仲铭和父母一起去北欧旅行时拍下的《朝夕相处的二十天》。拍摄自己的家庭并不那么容易，我们与父母之间的情感是复杂的，而仲铭选择通过镜头去观察、靠近和了解他的父母。这20 天与父母的相处，仲铭说他自觉不是走
