2017年中国民协“一带一路民间文化探源工程”启动，并陆续赴各地组织进行民间文化调研活动。民协将此次调研活动的成果汇集出版。这是其中一册。本册是“‘一带一路’视野下的滨海渔村文化建设论坛“的论文结集，内容涉及滨海渔村民间信仰和社会治理，渔村振兴和文旅融合，渔村文化传承与保护，传统渔村的振兴策略和机制，等等。海洋渔村文化是人类在认识和征服海洋的漫长岁月里所沉淀的物质和精神财富的总和，是人类生活劳动在大海这个特殊自然环境中所创造和传承的物质文明和精神文明的结晶。在日益加速的城市化进程中，面对滨海渔业资源日益匮乏，海洋产业结构调整，村落空巢化，过度旅游开发等问题，我国海滨渔村现况如何？有哪些难题与困境？在中央大力推进“一带一路”建设的背景下，如何进一步挖掘滨海渔村的历史文化价值，提升美丽渔村建设的文化厚度和内涵，激发渔民群众内在的文化凝聚力，学者们对这些问题进行了深入的探讨，对于滨海渔村的保护与发展，须以渔文化为特色，开发利用独特的节庆、民俗等民间文化资源，结合“一带一路”，“海上丝绸之路”以点带面，跨区域的比较、思考和借鉴，从而共同振兴渔村文化形成了共识。本书对相关问题的讨论务实、深入而全面，对滨海渔村文化建设会起到积极的推动作用。

Author Description

郑蓉,浙江省民间文艺家协会,副主席兼秘书长。《何去何从——中国传统村落保护（鸣鹤）国际高峰论坛论文集》主编，《一路山花不负侬——2016浙江省民间故事会获奖作品集》主编，《第二届浙江工艺美术双年展作品集》主编。多次策划组织各大文艺活动。策划组织“书非书—国际书法展”；首届中国西湖国际剪纸节；组织创作“京杭大运河”剪纸长卷。组织“第二届、第三届浙江工艺美术双年展”，创办“浙江杂技创新创意大讲堂”和“浙江民间文艺映山红讲堂”，策划组织“浙江民间故事会活动”，“中国传统村落鸣鹤国际高峰论坛”，“中国传统村落保护武义国际高峰论坛”，举办首届浙江民间文艺精品展演暨第七届浙江民间文艺映山红奖•优秀民间艺术表演评选活动，“秋石映霞——2018中国•浙江石雕艺术展”，浙江木雕现场创作大赛，组织实施2016-2018浙江省文联造型艺术青年人才培养“新峰计划”（工艺美术类）评选活动，举办“民间工艺创造性转化和创新性发展”主题培训班，开展“一带一路”民间文化探源工程——浙江海丝文化调研考察活动，承办第四届中国民间文艺家协会走进中国（象山）开渔节——“‘一带一路’视野下的滨海渔村文化建设”论坛考察等活动。

郑辉，1968年4月出生，男，行政管理硕士，曾任象山县政协办公室副主任、中共象山县委宣传部常务副部长等职，现任象山县文联党组书记、主席。先后组织举办参与历届中国（象山）开渔节、“山海风华”谢才华民间剪纸艺术展、“山海匠意”象山古今民间工艺作品展、赖赛飞散文创作研讨会、“感恩海洋潮起象山”全国中国画作品展等多个重大文艺活动，连续六年组织举办中国民间文艺家协会走进中国（象山）开渔节渔文化系列主题论坛、“民间文化进校园”走进浙江象山等活动。主编了《中国民间故事（象山卷）》《名品|印象象山》《品读象山》《诗咏象山》等诗文集。
