Introduction

建筑给水排水工程是给水排水工程的一个分支，也是建筑安装工程的一个分支，主要是研究建筑内部的给水以及排水问题，保证建筑的功能及安全的一门学科，包括建筑给水系统、建筑排水系统（含雨水以及污水、废水）、消火栓给水系统、喷淋灭火系统、景观给水排水系统、热水给水系统、中水排水系统等。建筑给水设计是指通过管道及辅助设备，按照建筑物和用户的生产、生活和消防的需要，有组织地输送到用水地点的网络系统；建筑排水设计则是指通过管道及辅助设备，把屋面雨水及生活、生产过程所产生的污水、废水及时排放出去的网络系统。建筑给水、排水工程施工现场应具有必要的施工技术标准、健全的质量管理体系和工程质量检测制度，实现施工全过程质量控制。建筑给水、排水工程的施工应按照批准的工程设计文件和施工技术标准进行施工。修改设计应有设计单位出具的设计变更通知单。建筑给水排水工程的施工单位应当具有相应的资质。工程质量验收人员应具备相应的专业技术资格。
