Otona No Amasa Series

Dark Chocolate

White Chocolate
KitKat Adult Sweetness White is made with finely crushed black biscuits mixed in with creamy white chocolate and sandwiched between chocolate wafers. The white chocolate is made with milk from Hokkaido, Japan.

Dark Matcha
Nestle Japan returns for the world’s Matcha lovers, with the Dark Matcha Kit Kat. Using the double matcha flavor of the Matcha Kit Kat, take a break with this bittersweet treat.

Strawberry
Nestle found a winner with Strawberry Kit Kats. The flavor has won multiple awards at chocolate competitions around the world. Made with special “Amaou” strawberries from Fukuoka, Japan. The strawberries were ground up and kneaded into the wafers and fresh strawberries were added to the chocolate to create a sweet but well-balanced Kit Kat.

Graham Cracker
Nestle Japan hasn't released a new product line of Kit Kats since the "Adult Sweetness" line over 10 years ago. However, this year they've surprised us all with their new "Wholewheat Flour Biscuit" line of Kit Kats aimed at the health-conscious customer. Wholewheat flour has been kneaded into the classic biscuits as well as mixed into the chocolate exterior. Sweets lovers don't have to worry though, these Kit Kats don't taste "healthy" at all, and have an amazing graham cracker taste.

This “Azuki Sandwich” Kit Kat is based on a popular dish called Ogura Toast that is commonly found in coffee shops in Nagoya. Azuki is a Japanese red bean that offers a unique, deliciously sweet taste. The Kit Kat wafers are mixed with azuki red bean paste and wrapped in chocolate.

Hiroshima Momiji Manju
Momiji Manju is a popular treat found in Hiroshima. Momiji Manju is a sweet rice cake that is shaped like a maple leaf and filled with a delicious red bean paste. These Kit Kats are made with red bean jam kneaded between the savory wafers and then wrapped in white chocolate to recreate the amazing taste of Momiji Manju.

Hokkaido Azuki Strawberry
Strawberries are also a popular flavor across Japan with variations and different flavors in many regions such as Tochigi. However, in Hokkaido, you’ll find these flavors combined into one delicious treat. Azuki Strawberry is a sweet and unique flavor.

Kyoto Uji Matcha
These Kit Kats are covered in white chocolate flavored with real Uji green tea from Kyoto, Japan. The color of the coating is real, it’s a beautiful shade of creamy green. It smells of sugar and the delicate scent of matcha. The layers are flaky and crisp, just like a KitKat should be.

Kyoto Uji Hojicha
Hojicha is a Japanese green tea that is distinguished from others because it is roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal; Japanese tea is usually steamed. The tea is fired at high temperature, altering the leaf color tints from green to reddish-brown. The process was first performed in Kyoto, Japan in the 1920s and its popularity persists today.

Shizuoka Wasabi

This KitKat is inspired by the Amaou variety of strawberries grown in Fukuoka which is famous for growing very large strawberries with a rich and intense flavor. It is the perfect blend of fruity and sweet.

Traditional Kit Kats

These special Kit Kats were created by Chef Takagi of famous pastry shop Le Patissier Takagi in Tokyo. The recipe is different from a standard chocolate Kit Kat and tastes more rich and luxurious. The biscuits are kneaded into the chocolate and a special recipe from Chef Takagi has been used to create these new dessert Kit Kats. Chef Takagi recommends you pair it with a delicious cup of coffee.
