# 全球好货装进家 # # 这些饮品好喝到飞起 # 我昨天就在pyq里说 星巴克的咖啡在让人失望这件事上从来没让人失望过 终点站是旁边的堀口咖啡,来这里就是个顺便。 咖啡的话那天点了卢旺达穆洪多咖啡豆和日晒埃塞俄比亚 卡永山庄园咖啡豆…真的很遗憾的说这两种豆子卡片上所描述的风味根本就喝不出。 卢旺达所谓的焦糖几乎只是焦苦罢了,卡永山庄园咖啡豆的什么樱桃可乐和柠檬味更是不知所云。 用卡永山庄园咖啡豆做的气致冷萃还稍微有些特别,不评论咖啡本身如何,如果单纯把它看作是一杯饮料,形式和口感都挺有趣。 披着白色凉雾的玻璃瓶上层,是用氮气打出的泡沫,细腻洁白且丰厚,轻柔的缀上一口,像含了一口漂浮的融雪,带着浅浅的奶香。合着黝黑深邃的咖啡一起喝,有类似热可可的丝滑厚重,也有近似啤酒的轻盈爽口,香与苦左右逢源的微妙香气和恰到好处的微甜泡沫真是让人有些欲罢不能的。 吃的就更别提了,没有一个下得去口。
