清理冰箱发现还剩一根西葫芦,为了消灭食材,今天早餐做了这个西葫芦鸡蛋饼。
因为食谱加入了少量的泡打粉,玉米淀粉和葱段,饼的口感有点像韩式海鲜饼。🤤做起来十分简单,可以算快手早餐。西葫芦味道很淡,我本来不喜欢西葫芦,这个也爱吃。我感觉西葫芦饼很适合挑食不爱吃菜的小朋友吃。
我会再做一份蘸料,可以根据个人喜好任意调制。我放了酱油,醋,香油,辣椒粉,糖和蒜末。
<食材>
1根西葫芦擦成丝
2个鸡蛋,打散
1勺盐
1/2 cup 低筋面粉
1/2 tsp 泡打粉
1勺玉米淀粉

辣椒粉
芝麻
<步骤>
1⃣️西葫芦里加盐拌匀后静置5分钟,杀出水,用手挤干,倒掉水
2⃣️在西葫芦里加打散的鸡蛋液,加入低筋面粉,泡打粉和玉米淀粉,搅拌到没有散面粉即可。
3⃣️平底锅里烧热后加1小勺油,小火煎制,每面3分钟左右即可。在饼上可以放葱段,辣椒粉或芝麻。
