I've been craving spicy ramen this week🍜, and finally I went to Dowtown, Cincinnati, with my family today. Looking at the online reviews are very good, plus there is ramen in the name, so it should be a special feature.
I personally think that the most important thing in a bowl of delicious ramen is the soup and meat in it.
We ordered the fired chicken bun from the appetizer and it was ok, the fried chicken was well done but not amazing. But the ramen I ordered was very delicious, especially the meat inside. I guessed that it was cooked and then smoked a little, because the meat was firm and the heat was just right, but it had a very unique smoky taste. It looks special. The soup is the spicy Miso paste I want, next time I will try the pure bone broth.
The teriyaki chicken ordered by my family is also very good, and the taste is very authentic.

这周一直在馋辣拉面🍜，终于今天和家属去辛辛那提Dowtown吃上了。看网上评价很不错，再加上名字里就有拉面，所以感觉应该是特色。
我个人认为，一碗好吃的拉面最关键的是里面的汤和肉。
我们appetizer点了fired chicken bun，口感还不错，炸鸡做的很好但没有很惊艳。不过我点的拉面非常好吃，尤其是里面的肉，通过了它的口感我推测是做熟了之后又烟熏了一下，因为肉质紧实，火候正好但是有很独特的烟熏口感，吃起来很特别。汤是我想要的辣Miso paste，下次我会试试纯骨汤的。
家属点的teriyaki chicken，我尝了也很不错，口味很正宗。
