yami_featured_image # 亚米夜市 # 烤冷面制作过程 材料: 烤冷面(大部分的人觉得朱大福的酱好吃,奥斯托马的酱是甜的,我个人觉得还行吧,但是里头没有粉的调料,朱大福有),鸡蛋,香肠(或者午餐肉切成薄点的肉片,或者ham这类的) 过程: 热锅,倒油,放入面饼。 我是条纹那一面朝上,因为感觉这样鸡蛋不会那么容易跑出去。 (香肠的话可以放一边热着,因为我放的ham比较薄我是翻面以后放的) 然后等鸡蛋成型了一些以后翻面,抹上酱。 在翻面,把热好的香肠或者ham或者午餐肉放上去,因为热锅会吧酱烤干点,喜欢味道重点的小伙伴可以鸡蛋面也抹上酱,然后在放肉片。 然后再把冷面卷起来,拿到砧板上切开(小心烫哦!) 然后就可以装盘子啦,可以撒些葱花(制作的时候放完肉片以后可以撒些,看个人的口味。也可以切完以后撒,这样好看点哈哈哈哈哈) 注意事项: 1. 烤冷面最好一次性吃完,里头大概十片,找小伙伴一起吃吧。我是一片面饼一个蛋,不过这样感觉自己吃的蛋有点多……后来把一个蛋打碎搅拌倒两个面饼上。为什么要一次性吃完呢,因为会放坏,尽管是放冰箱里… 我之前有一次就是吃了两三片,后来五六天后在看发现长毛了… 实在不行放(冰箱)到第二天也还可以接着做,也ok的。 2. 如果放午餐肉的肉片的话一定要切的薄一点要不不好卷,而且切开以后容易散。 3. 烤冷面没做完放冰箱在拿出来以后会容易散架… 亲身体验,不过放到第二天的话不会散的太厉害,有可能撕下来会两瓣。 4. 还有做的时候控制下火候和时间,火不要太大,时间不要太久。因为火大了或者时间久了面饼会变硬,很难咀嚼,吃起来很累,而且口感不好。切开的时候放砧板上也是这个原因,放锅里太久的话小心面饼变得很硬。如果喜欢吃脆脆的冷面小伙伴可以这样做,也可以尝一点点试试看。不过硬的冷面是真的很难嚼… 还有问题的小伙伴留言问我好啦!
