麻辣香锅看似麻烦,其实也算是懒人的吃法,因为菜不用单独炒,把喜欢的食材全部一股脑的翻炒一下就可以了。而且一次炒一大锅,可以吃两顿。





 




这次用了郫县豆瓣加上海底捞火锅底料的组合,注意是海底捞的火锅底料清油版,不是海底捞的麻辣香锅底料。比起麻辣香锅底料,海底捞的火锅底料更好吃!




 




把喜欢的食材该煮的煮好,该泡的泡好、该空气炸锅的炸好。


我自己热爱的香锅食材包括:

炸午餐肉

炸老豆腐

油豆腐

腐竹

木耳

青笋

香菇

杏鲍菇

金针菇

藕片

土豆


做法也很简单:
