香煎年糕


我很喜欢吃糯米糍以.年糕.珍珠啊这类的产品.软糯又q弹又有嚼劲的。那天看到亚米网上别人强推这款年糕。评论也不错.抱着试试看的心态买了两包.


 



每一包都有八片,独立包装.我特别喜欢产品是独立包装的。不用担心一下子开封吃不完这类的。吃多少就做多少.


我就做了最普通的煎年糕.方便!快手!易饱!



 




1️⃣在不粘锅里放点油,开中🔥热一会年糕就可以下锅啦!这时候的年糕还是很硬的.一会底部就开始会出现脆皮了.先不要急着去翻动它,因为这时候的脆皮还不太稳定,翻动容易掉皮.


2️⃣仔细看状态,一边差不多煎至开始金黄色,脆皮稳住之后反面煎.煎啊煎,中间还得注意不要让年糕块相互黏在一起哟..因为软了的年糕很容易黏住结团.


3️⃣两边都煎至金黄色后,开小火继续煎,煎啊煎,煎到表面开始金黄色转暗黄色【图二】.又不至于烧焦的程度就可以关🔥装盘啦!
