I went to the Brooklyn store and the service couldn't keep up! There were still plenty of seats when I walked in, but the clerk told me to wait a moment Then just ran to get the meal and clear the table and take a seat...   When ordering, there is nothing to ask for, nothing but mashed taro and strawberry 🍓! Waiting about 20-30 minutes for a meal is really slow! ! We ordered a matcha 🍵 and a taro flavoured snowflake ice! The quality of matcha powder 🍵 is not very good, the taste is not pure... The ice in the middle is pure ice mixed with red beans and something like coconut The taro tastes too sweet and the cheesecake doesn't soften and hard to scoop! The overall experience is very poor.
