# 亚米食谱 # # 五行缺辣 # 香菇滷肉飯是家裡常見的一道菜,做法簡單只要滷ㄧ鍋可以吃好多天，所以當不知道要吃什麼的時候我就會煮上一鍋，吃的時候加顆荷包蛋，淋上甜辣醬特別好吃，很容意不小心就會多吃一碗~😋🤣 香菇滷肉飯作法: 1. 6片薑跟6朵切丁香菇用ㄧ點油爆香 2. 放入2磅豬絞肉稍為炒ㄧ下 3.加入醬油1杯、白胡椒1小湯匙、八角2顆、米酒ㄧ點點，油蔥酥1杯，滷包1包，500cc水 4.滾了以後可試鹹度加入鹽，轉小火煮30分鐘，取出滷包。 好吃小秘密： 1.滷包不能煮太久，不然味道回太重。 2.可加入一小湯匙的花生醬，味道更好。 3.不急著吃可放隔夜，滷肉更香更好吃。 4.可加入ㄧ點老抽滷肉色澤會更好看。
