yami_featured_image ✨前几天在村儿里一家新开的店吃了卤肉饭,吃得整个人都不好了,于是决定自己动手尝试一下。在美食杰看了几个菜谱觉得也不是特别难,第一次做居然还蛮成功der,至少比村儿里那家好吃😂 步骤: 1. 五花肉洗净,冷水下锅,加料酒、白胡椒粉、姜片焯水,撇去浮沫以后,冲水洗干净,切成1cm左右的小方块。 2. 葱姜蒜洗净切碎。洋葱切细丝,香菇泡发以后,切成小粒。同时煮几个鸡蛋,熟了以后玻壳备用。 3. 锅里放多一点油,小火加入洋葱丝,将洋葱炸制金黄,捞出冷却以后,切碎就成了油葱酥了(或者买现成的) 4. 锅里剩下的炸洋葱的油,开中火,加入1的五花肉炒香,最好逼出多一点猪油。加入2的葱姜炒香,加入两勺料酒,三勺生抽,一勺老抽,两勺冰糖,各种香料(八角,香叶,小茴香,香果,桂皮),油葱酥,加水末过肉,加盖,加入鸡蛋,中小火炖起码45分钟。 5. 快出锅之前,煮水加点儿盐,烫几颗青菜。 6. 肉煮好以后,加到米饭上,配上青菜,就可以开吃啦,肥而不腻,简直是🍚杀手。一起煮出来的🥚也超好吃! # 亚米食谱 # # 下厨秘密武器 # # 拜托了冰箱 # # 三食三餐 # # 百万积分第7季 #
