Baked out of happiness

#亚米食谱#Tonight's dinner is a "roast."

Impression Indoor Non-Stick Baking Pan I bought at Yami last year.
 Ingredients are: onion, shallot, pork chop, mushroom, beef, lettuce.  
yam yam  sauce, Korean BBQ sauce, black pepper.
(Have you noticed that the bottom of the baking pan is covered with tin foil, will be revealed later).
Turn on the stove. Brush a little oil and put the meat on it.
The sizzling sound, the fragrant smell.
Drizzle with BBQ sauce, a little pepper.
Cut the meat into small pieces.
A piece of lettuce, onion, bulgogi, yamyam sauce.
Just a good bite.  Excellent.
Baking is over: Now it's revealed, the role of tin foil.
Wrap the bottom of the pan with foil, and all the baking liquid will fall on the foil instead of the original pan.
For cleaning after use, it is more water-saving and convenient.
Everyone can learn.
(I admit to being lazy).

烤出好幸福

#亚米食谱#今晚晚餐是“烤肉”。

去年在亚米买的印象室内不粘烤盘。
 食材有：洋葱，青葱，猪排，蘑菇，牛肉，生菜。 
yam yam 酱，韩国烧烤酱，黑胡椒。
（有没有发现烤盘底部铺着锡箔纸，稍后揭晓）。
开炉 。刷少许的油，放上肉食。
嗞嗞的响声，香喷喷的味道。
淋上烧烤汁， 一点点胡椒粉。
肉剪成一小块块。
一片生菜，洋葱 ，烤肉 ，yamyam酱。
刚刚好一口入。 超级赞的。
烤完结束：现在揭晓，锡箔纸的作用了。
用锡箔纸包裹着烤盘底部，所有烤出的液体就会低落在锡箔纸上，而不是原本的烤盘上。
为使用后的清洗，更加省水，方便。
大家也可以学起来。
