· Purple Potato 150g
· Milk 250g
· Whipped cream 250g
· White sugar 50g

· 芋头 450g
· 紫薯 150g
· 牛奶 250g
· 淡奶油 250g
· 白砂糖 50g
Step1. 芋头和紫薯切称小块上蒸锅蒸熟取出。
Step2. 放入厨师机中速搅拌一会儿再慢慢加入牛奶淡奶油和白砂糖搅拌至糊状。
Step3. 搅拌好的香芋紫薯糊倒入小奶锅小火翻炒至浓稠水份基本蒸发后用滤网过筛口感会更好!

一定要小火慢慢炒会有小气泡喷出来注意安全!
如果有料理机的朋友直接倒入料理机搅拌更细腻!
做好的抹酱要装在密封的玻璃罐里记得热水消毒~
放在冰箱可以保存一周左右这里的量有两大罐!
