自制香入魂的烧烤酱

今天的烧烤我用的就是自制的这个烧烤酱,烤熟后刷到食物表面特别香,吃起来很有国内大排档烧烤摊的味道。除此之外,用这款烧烤酱腌肉也非常好吃,可以说是十分万能了。只要想不到的没有烤了不好吃的,用来烤牛肉、鸡肉、鸡翅、虾、鱿鱼、培根金针菇、土豆、红薯、韭菜、蘑菇、茄子、笋片等等都无敌好吃(先咽下口水🤤)。

- 2勺蒜蓉

- 1勺老抽

- 2勺生抽

- 1勺耗油

- 半勺花椒粉

- 1勺辣椒酱(韩式辣椒酱和蒜蓉辣椒酱都可以)

- 一小把葱花

- 2勺油

- 4-5颗花椒


<步骤>

1. 在碗中混合除了油和花椒之外的所有调料。

2. 用中小火加热锅,倒入油和四五颗花椒,至花椒出香味后捞出,油烧热后关火。

3. 把热油浇到调料中,趁热搅拌均匀。
