I made a pot of Taiwanese braised pork rice last night. I cooked a packet of braised pork version of Indonesian Lo Mein at noon today. Indonesian Lo Mein is my husband's favorite fast noodles. No one is the only favorite. There are so many types of instant noodles in the world, and this one is his favorite. But one serving of lo mein is too small, he cooks 2 packs for one serving. It's a bit monotonous to eat alone, so I covered him with a braised pork + braised egg. A nutritious and delicious braised pork version of Indonesian lo mein is on the table. 9-6 # 双十一必囤 #
