🌸 When I was in Shanghai before, my mother used to buy seasonings from Lee Kum Kee's house. The most frequently bought is this panda brand oyster sauce. After I came to the United States, I bought this brand habitually. I love this flavor. More of a memory.
🌸Oyster sauce has many uses, such as noodles, stir-frying, steaming fish, sometimes when I cook marinated chicken feet, I will put some oyster sauce in it for freshness. Our kitchen really cannot do without this bottle of sauce. Sometimes even when there is no sauce when eating hot pot, you can also use this oyster sauce with other sauces to make your own for emergencies.

🌸之前在上海的时候老妈就经常买李锦记家的调料，买的最频繁的就是这款熊猫牌鲜味蚝油了，来了美国后就习惯性的买这个牌子，爱吃的是这个味，更多的还是回忆。
🌸蚝油用处可多了，拌面，炒菜，蒸鱼，有时候我煮卤鸡爪都会放点蚝油进去提鲜，我们家厨房真的离不开这瓶酱料。有时候甚至吃火锅的时候没有酱料，也可以用这款蚝油搭配其他酱料自制救急。
