# 爱吃又想瘦 # Recently, I became obsessed with watching mukbang and asmr. I saw that many Korean mukbangers like to eat fried chicken with rice cake skewers. I watch it every day. I love eating rice cakes very much. When I was young, the little fat girl who bought fried rice cakes with only 1 yuan pocket money at the frying stall was me! When I grew up, those stalls were chased away by the city management 😂 So basically I stopped eating. Some time ago, when I was frying lotus root slices, I had an idea, why not combine my childhood memories with Korean hot sauce, so I broke the table and tried it immediately and it was a great success! This is how Korean fried rice cakes were born. The way to do it is simple: 1. Boil the Korean rice cakes and fish cakes shown in Figures 5 and 6 in boiling water for 1 minute, soften and drain; 2. Add 1tbsp oil, 1tsp salt and sugar, stir it, put it into the air fryer, 5 minutes on each side, you can take it out; 3. Brush with sauce and eat! Super super great with soda or beer!

# 爱吃又想瘦 # 最近迷上看mukbang和asmr,看到很多韩国mukbanger很喜欢吃的就是炸鸡配年糕串串,每天都看的饥肠辘辘... 我很爱很爱吃年糕,小的时候油炸摊边上那个用仅有的1元零花钱买炸年糕吃的小胖姑娘就是我!长大了那些摊子都被城管赶走了😂所以基本上就没再吃了。 前段时间炸藕片的时候灵机一动,干嘛不把我的童年回忆和韩式辣酱结合一下,于是行动力破表,立刻试了一次大获成功!韩式炸年糕就这么诞生了。 做法很简单: 1. 把图5、6的韩式年糕和鱼饼在沸水里滚1分钟,软化后沥水; 2. 加1tbsp油,1tsp盐和糖,搅拌一下,放进空气炸锅,每一面5分钟,即可取出; 3. 刷上酱汁就可以吃了!超级超级适合配汽水或啤酒!
