I usually cook it for about 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and soak it. After 1 to 3 hours, take it out and change the water and cook for about 10 minutes. I don't think I can cook it for 40 minutes, that's how it boils down to rice paste. Slightly spicy is also spicy, I usually only use half a packet and stir-fry it with cabbage, celery and chicken. The rest of the half-pack of sauce is made again the next day with my own rice noodles. I spend one portion and eat it twice. Hahaha, am I very clever 🤪
确实不是速食的,但是好饭不怕晚!新疆炒米粉的粉特别粗,我一般煮10分钟左右就关火泡着,1到3小时以后捞出来换水再煮10分钟左右。我觉得不能煮40分钟,那样就煮成米糊了。微辣也是有辣度的,我一般只用半包,配高丽菜、芹菜和鸡肉一起炒。剩下的半包酱料第二天用自家的米粉同样再做一次,花一份的钱,吃两次,哈哈哈我是不是很机灵啊🤪
