出国这些年试了无数配方,也试了各种各样的粉
都和我心中的粉差之千里
第一次吃到这个粉的时候
粉真的太像我记忆中的口感了
然而酱的味道普通到没有任何记忆点
于是我觉得大概是吃完买的那几袋就不会再回购了
结果越吃越上瘾
真香
是新疆人认证的好吃没错了
鸡炒用鸡胸肉,牛炒用卤牛肉更香
爆辣我也没觉得辣,每次都加几个干朝天椒
建议加年糕,最好用片状的
鸡炒配点杏鲍菇超好吃
不过正儿八经的新疆炒米粉配菜就是芹菜而已
简简单单就最美味。
