Bought a dozen blue crabs with @babypanda this week.

Today I cooked noodle soup with blue crab. It is also very delicious.
The noodles I chose were Jiangxi rice noodles.
It's about the same as the snail powder.
However, this rice noodle is particularly difficult to cook.
So it needs to be soaked in cold water for a few hours in advance.
Then boil it with boiling water.
Only then can it be put into the broth.
This way the noodles and soup won't be mushy.
A pack is about 3-4 people.
The price is less than 2 knives. I think it is pretty good.
It's also a long-term repurchase item for me.

这周和@baby熊猫 一起买了一打青蟹.
不仅可以蒸着吃.炸了吃.煮了吃.各式各样吃法都有.
真的太满足了.
今天用青蟹煮了汤面.也是好吃的不得了.
我选的面是江西米粉.
和螺狮粉那种面差不多的.
不过这款米粉特别不好煮.
所以需要提前将它浸泡在冷水里几小时.
然后在用沸水煮开.
这时候才能放进高汤里.
这样面和汤才不会糊..
一包大概是3-4人份.
价格2刀不到.我觉得蛮好的.
也算我长期回购单品.
