今天做饭恰好蔬菜不够了,就把Costco买来的冷冻毛豆拿出来充数。
搜了好几个亲的晒货,最后决定把毛豆的两角剪掉,以便入味。
先把毛豆洗净,剪角,然后放入锅中烧开。
加入酱油(老抽生抽)、八角、香叶、桂皮,海量的糖、盐,收汁。
快好的时候放入亚米购入的万能调料—王守义十三香调料。
收到酱汁浓稠,完成,太好吃了。豆壳里面的全是甜甜的卤子。
秘诀是剪角+多放糖,重要,重要。。。
