A 400ml bottle is quite a lot, I usually feel full after drinking half a bottle. In particular, monkey mushrooms need to be blended by themselves. But compared to the monkey mushroom, the freedom of DIY is much lower.

之前一直在无限回购猴菇，这次看到了新产品决定试一试。
总的来说味道像粥一样，黏稠度低，喝完会有饱腹感，是个不错的代餐选择。一瓶400ml蛮多的，我一般喝半瓶就觉得饱了。特别是猴菇要自己去调合。但比起猴菇可以DIY自由度低了很多。
无糖不甜，没啥特别的味道。
以后会跟猴菇一起轮流回购。
