This is my first time eating Zeng noodles, and the taste is really amazing.
Although it's just a simple noodle with sauce, I didn't expect it to be so delicious. The noodles are soft and elastic after cooking, like fresh hand-rolled noodles, and they taste smooth and elastic. The sauce is also very fragrant. The scallion oil has a strong taste. With the slightly spicy pepper and sesame oil, it smells like drooling.
I boiled two bowls, one is very fragrant when eaten directly; the other is richer with green vegetables and soft-hearted eggs.

这是我第一次吃曾拌面，味道真的太惊艳了。
虽然只是简单的酱汁拌面，没想到能这么好吃。面条煮好后劲道有弹性，像新鲜手擀面，吃起来爽滑弹牙。酱料也特别香，葱油味很浓，配上微辣的椒麻油，闻起来就要流口水了，吃一口回味无穷。
我煮了两碗，一份直接拌了吃就很香；另外一份加了青菜和溏心蛋，更加丰富。
