Finally, I ate Mo Xiaoxian's self-heating stinky pot at Yami.
The characteristic of Stinky Pot is the Changsha Stinky Tofu inside. There are six pieces in a box, and it doesn't smell as stinky as I imagined. After cooking, add the stinky juice, and it tastes spicy and fragrant.
The soup is red and oily and very fragrant, with the extra spicy taste of Chongqing butter hot pot. If you can't eat too spicy, you should add hot pot base as appropriate. The side dishes are potatoes, lotus root slices, kelp, bamboo shoots, which are quite rich, and the hot pot Sichuan noodles are also very soft and glutinous.
The whole is more like eating spicy hot pot, it is really very spicy! The amount of vegetables was a little small, so I finally cooked green vegetables and added them in.

终于在亚米吃上了网红美食莫小仙自热臭臭锅。
臭臭锅特色就是里面的长沙臭豆腐。一盒里有六块，闻起来并没有想象中臭，煮好后加入臭臭汁，吃起来又辣又香。
汤汁红火油亮非常香，带有重庆牛油火锅的特辣口感，不能吃太辣的要酌情放火锅底料。配菜有土豆、藕片、海带、竹笋，挺丰富的，火锅川粉也煮的很软糯。
整体比较像在吃麻辣火锅，真的非常辣！菜量有点少，所以最后又自己煮了青菜加进去。
