Abalone porridge, abalone porridge, this is super popular. Although small, it is filling and delicious. But for my big stomach king, the amount is quite small, so much for a small bowl. 285g 150cal or something. Not bad. If I don't have time to cook or make instant noodles at work, I stock up on this abalone porridge. You can put it in the microwave or put it in the microwave, it depends on your personal preference. I like to toss it in the fridge and eat it cold. It's too hot.

鲍鱼粥呀鲍鱼粥,这个超高人气的。虽然很小,但是充饥又好吃。不过对我这个大胃王来说量挺少的了,一个小碗那么多吧。285克150cal什么的。不错不错的。上班没时间做饭也没法弄泡面就囤这个鲍鱼粥喝。可以不放微波炉热也可以放微波炉热,看个人爱好吧。我喜欢扔冰箱里拿出来吃冷的。天气实在太热了。
