Here’s a great recipe for grilled chicken wings:


Two packs Ichiran Ramen Chili Powder

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp rice wine (It is not recommended to use cooking wine, because rice wine is sweeter)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

1/4 tsp Pepper

1/2 tsp Sichuan pepper powder (you can leave it out, if you like the numb taste, you can add more)


-This amount is almost enough for pickling10chicken wings-

-A minimum of pickling is recommended30minutes-

Preheat oven400°F

Lay a layer of foil on the baking sheet/aluminum foil< /p>

Lay another layer of biscuitsparchment paper

Spread the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet

Put in oven, set25minutes


-The reason for the biscuit paper is to avoid the skin on the chicken wings sticking to the foil-

福岡一蘭拉麵 獨門秘製辣椒粉


在亞米買東西這麼多年,第一次買日本直郵的東西就買得這麼成功,很開心,所以來和大家分享~


一直很喜歡烤雞翅來吃,因為很方便又好吃,所以很熱衷尋找各種醃料,這次可以說是找到了真愛!!!



一小盒有20包,這個盒子設計的很棒,拿完還可以關起來~



倒出來是很細膩的紅色粉末,這個不太適合用作沾粉,因為它是完全沒有鹹味,純辣的粉末。


之前試過無數辣椒粉,烤出來的雞翅完全不辣,用這個辣椒粉醃製烤出來的雞翅超級好吃,辣味瞬間在嘴裡蔓延開來,但是不會辣到喉嚨,簡直完美!

下面給大家分享一個很棒的烤雞翅食譜:


兩包 一蘭拉麵辣椒粉

2 茶匙 醬油

1 茶匙 米酒(不建議用料酒,因為米酒比較甜)

1/2 茶匙

1/4 茶匙 蒜粉

1/4 茶匙 胡椒粉

1/2 茶匙 花椒粉(可以不加,如果喜歡麻麻的口感可以多加一些)


-這個量差不多可以醃製10個雞翅-

-建議至少醃製30分鐘-

烤箱預熱400°F

在烤盤上舖一層錫紙/鋁箔紙

再舖一層烤餅乾用的parchment paper

把醃製好的雞翅舖在烤盤上

放進烤箱,設定25分鐘


-舖餅乾紙的原因是怕雞翅上的皮粘在錫紙上-



香噴噴的烤雞翅就出爐啦~ 😋😋😋
