餅子試驗室(七)


大家好( ´` ) 餅子畫風回歸啦!


今天的實驗室要做拖稿已久的冰粉粉!這個已經安利了好多人了,試過都說好喔~


炎熱的天氣最適合來一碗冰粉粉,順滑可口,配上冰冰的紅糖水,暑氣全消(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)



冰粉粉小小一包,但是量還是挺多的. 餅子習慣東西開封後就用瓶瓶罐罐給分裝好,這樣比較乾淨衛生. 也便於查看自己的我存貨.



冰粉粉的製作方法非常簡單,就是用耐熱的容器裝上粉末,兌上適量的熱開水攪拌均勻就可以了.


安利別人的時候很多人跑來問餅子做冰粉粉的份量和水的比例. 包裝上寫的是5-6斤的水. 一般我是做不完一整包的,所以就按8g 冰粉粉 500ml 的開水 這個比例來調. 


放涼以後就可以把冰粉粉放進冰箱冷藏(其實我分不清冷藏和冷凍,反正就是不結冰的那層⁄(⁄ ⁄ ⁄ω⁄ ⁄ ⁄)⁄ )放幾個小時後拿出來就長這樣.



是不是看不出來質感怎樣,我來搗亂一下就能看清了.

在等待冰粉粉凝結的時候可以順手做一個配冰粉粉的紅糖水. 據說紅糖比較上火(?),餅子放的是一半紅糖一半冰糖. 紅糖調色,冰糖調味.



為了加速融化好的紅糖水變冷,我放了一下冰塊. 這是錯誤的做法❌❌❌ . 放了冰塊後紅糖水的味道變淡了,哭泣.

第二次做的時候我在攪拌好冰粉粉時,就順手把紅糖水也做了,一起放在冰箱裡凍上. 這樣水和粉都是冰涼涼的,而且味道不會變淡. 一百個贊.

自從有了冰粉粉,餅子就拋棄雪糕了. 清涼細滑而且零卡路里的冰粉粉完全可以取代其他夏日冰甜品零食.

如果覺得紅糖水味道太單一,也可以加上椰奶、水果塊等調味喔~冰粉粉本身不帶味道,非常百搭呢!
