yami_featured_image # 夏日清凉 # 夏天太热不想出门?那就在空调间里自己做个小火锅吧👇 在亚米回购白家阿宽的勾魂米线啦,这次用简简单单一包米线DIY了一大锅美味~ 这款米线可以免煮,米线用开水泡五分钟然后加入各种料包就可以直接吃。鲜椒小米辣的辣度还是很高的,而且菜包(笋片+紫菜)本身也是辣的,所以不能吃辣的小伙伴慎重⚠️ 整体味道很不错,米线多用一点水泡7-8分钟的话会更好吃一点,但是口味还是挺重的,于是这次就和队友用一包的量煮了一大锅。 煮的时候先用一点点油炒了一下鲜椒小米辣,辣味一下子就冲了出来。然后加了一锅开水,加入其他各种调料,煮开。 加入香菇,卧了个鸡蛋,后面还加了冻豆腐、蟹腿肉、罗非鱼片。等再次煮开后转中小火,把鲜米线放进去埋到汤里,先不要搅拌(容易碎),等2-3分钟后轻轻搅拌,加入生菜煮软就可以出锅啦,最后撒上花生米,搞定。 料一多口味就非常丰富了,尤其是冻豆腐,吸饱了汤汁。一包的料加很多水之后味道就没有那么猛烈了!米线很不错,是软糯的口感,在滚烫的汤汁里浸泡后味道也很足。 平时我们也常常会用各种一人份的重口味速食产品来DIY两人份的小火锅,主食不吃太多,多加点菜和肉,就能吃得超级饱了,成本也很低~ 推荐指数:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
