一次做一周的份冻起来,早上起来往蒸笼上一扔,刷个牙回来就能吃了,是不是很棒棒

需要的材料:
肥瘦相间的五花肉
玉米
胡萝卜
洋葱
云吞皮
(这个材料一看就不是哪哪个地区正宗的做法,我就是把喜欢的搭配的都扔进去嘻嘻)
强烈觉得腊肠,五花肉,香菇是必备的!玉米也不错
图里的分量我做了二十几个
❥准备工作:
糯米泡五个小时,然后沥干水蒸25分钟
香菇黑木耳泡开,泡完的水不要扔!
然后所有材料切丁
❥准备好了以后就可以炒馅料了,先把五花肉和腊肠炒香至出油变色,然后盛出
❥加洋葱炒香
❥加入剩下的蔬菜炒炒炒,加一勺糖,酱油,蚝油,白胡椒粉
❥把泡香菇的水倒进去炒炒
❥把糯米饭倒进去炒炒吸干汤汁
(我的糯米太少了,放了点昨晚的剩饭,大家假装看不见吧呜呜🙈)

馅料这就准备好了,可以开始包啦~
我这次试了云吞皮和饺子皮,我觉得云吞皮的更薄而且也更好看
❥馅料放一勺在云吞皮中间,然后用虎口把它掐紧成型就好了
❥辛苦包完肯定要马上蒸几个吃的,剩下的就冷冻起来吧~
❥锅里蒸10分钟就华丽丽的可以吃了!!!
再来推荐一个煎的方法,我超喜欢用这个方法煎饺子的
❥烧卖放进锅里煎至底部定型,变黄
❥加入小半碗水,盖上盖子闷十分钟
❥十分钟后开火烧干水,然后煎至金黄就好啦~
这样煎出来的底部超级香的,就锅贴那种
