各位日理万机,懒得不行可是也要吃得好的宝宝们好啊!每天睡醒就赶着出门,根本没有时间也没有心思准备早餐,这个郁闷我是懂的,于是超贴心的我就带来一份超美味的烧卖给你,做一次可以吃一周,营养均衡又好吃,再忙也要吃得好哦!5个烧卖就像吃一碗饭一样,配上一杯豆浆或者豆奶就是一份让我很开心的早餐了呀

一次做一周的份冻起来,早上起来往蒸笼上一扔,刷个牙回来就能吃了,是不是很棒棒

需要的材料:

肥瘦相间的五花肉

糯米

玉米

胡萝卜

广式腊肠

香菇

黑木耳

洋葱

云吞皮

准备工作:

再来推荐一个煎的方法,我超喜欢用这个方法煎饺子的

烧卖放进锅里煎至底部定型,变黄

加入小半碗水,盖上盖子闷十分钟





十分钟后开火烧干水,然后煎至金黄就好啦~
