The first thing is to soak the glutinous rice first. The longer the soaking time, the faster the steaming. I usually soak it the night before. Yes, I have also tried using banana leaves, and I feel that it is better to use banana leaves for wrapping glutinous rice cakes. When eating, it will not stick to the leaves, and it is easy to take off. The leaves can be cut to the size shown in the picture



Then prepare the fillings to be wrapped, I added mayonnaise to the meat crisps










The glutinous rice flour is kneaded into a ball with water

家乡糯米糍







端午节在网上买的馅料和粽叶,一直到现在还没用、😪怎么一包粽叶会那么多,包了好多了还剩一大半包粽叶[捂脸],然后只要休息在家就包😂、糯米白团还是很受欢迎

所需材料如上图,亚米全有

首先是要先泡好糯米,泡的时间越长蒸得越快,我一般是前一晚上就给泡上了,如果是用粽叶的话也是要泡的,我也试过用香蕉树叶,感觉包糯米糍用香蕉树叶比较好,吃的时候不会粘在叶子上,很容易拿下来,叶子可以剪成图上的大小



然后把要包的馅料备好,肉酥里我加了美乃滋










糯米粉加水揉成团




然后像包汤圆一样搓成圆团,中间开个洞往里放馅料,搓圆后把团在备好的糯米里滚一圈,裹上糯米,一个糯米糍就包好了

在包的过程中另一边蒸炉可以先烧开水了,这样就可以一边包另一边就可以蒸了,减短时间







家人说豆沙馅儿的比较好吃(这是第一次包时用的自家后院的香蕉叶)

最后还可以把剩下的糯米和馅料包成粽子(其实应该说是粽叶糯米饭)因为漏斗状的粽子我不会包,所以就直接绑成了中药包样
